Conformal Coating

Conformal coating protects printed circuit boards from moisture, dust, chemicals, and temperature extremes. A thin protective layer is applied to the assembled PCB surface using spraying, dipping, or selective coating methods.

We offer equipment for applying various coating types: acrylic, silicone, polyurethane, and epoxy-based materials. The coating process includes UV curing and thermal drying stages.
