Convection Soldering

Convection soldering is the most widely used reflow method. Heat is transferred to the PCB through hot air circulation inside the oven chamber, ensuring uniform heating across the entire board surface.
Our convection conveyor ovens feature multi-zone temperature profiles, allowing precise control of the heating and cooling process. This ensures high-quality solder joints for both leaded and lead-free solders.
Key advantages: high throughput, compatibility with all types of solder pastes, uniform temperature distribution, and suitability for mass production.
